Owner/Broker Navid Ali was on a mission to grow BMC Associates, a small San Francisco East Bay brokerage. Within less than a year of redesigning his logo, he was able to become a franchisee of Realty ONE. The brokerage quickly grew from the original 2 agents to over 160 in 3 short years. Today, the organization operates as Realty One Group Future.

Prior to the project, the company was using 2-3 different logos. My goal was to merge their two prior logo concepts. As the company was headquartered in Blackhawk, I wanted to incorporate an image of a black hawk. As the word “Associates” was a little vague, I replaced the word with “Real Estate”.
